During my recent stay at Alte Gerberei, I found the location to be ideal for exploring the ancient city of Bautzen, just a pleasant walk from the Bautzen Memorial. The hotel's tranquil environment, including a terrace, sun deck, and a garden, offered the perfect setting for relaxation. As an architect, I appreciated the blend of modern design and historical charm in the hotel's architecture.The spa services provided a much-needed respite, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. The free internet option was convenient for staying connected while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The terrace overlooking the river provided a serene spot to enjoy a cup of tea and soak in the stunning view.The spacious and well-appointed room, along with the exceptional breakfast spread, made for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay. I look forward to revisiting this architectural gem on my next trip to Germany.
